Gunyou to Meet with Mayor Brady, Visit Main Street Businesses
MANKATO, MN – DFL-endorsed candidate for Lieutenant Governor John Gunyou will meet with Mayor John Brady Tuesday afternoon to discuss the local challenges and opportunities facing the City of Mankato. Gunyou and Mayor Brady will walk the streets of Mankato to speak with main street business owners and Mankato residents.
Gunyou, current Minnetonka city manager and former Minneapolis finance director, will begin traveling the state Tuesday, meeting with community leaders and Main Street business owners across Minnesota. As Lt. Governor, Gunyou will be focused on rebuilding the state and local partnership to support strong communities and grow vibrant Main Street economies.
Members of the press are invited to walk along with Gunyou and Mayor Brady beginning at 4:00pm outside Mankato City Hall. John Gunyou is the running mate of Mankato’s native daughter Margaret Anderson Kelliher.
