ECM Publishers Endorses Margaret Anderson Kelliher for Governor
MINNEAPOLIS,
MN – DFL-endorsed candidate for Governor Margaret Anderson Kelliher earned a
key editorial board endorsement today in the race for Governor. ECM Publishers
endorsed Kelliher today, saying she is “The
best candidate to make her party’s case in a robust contest with Republican
endorsee Tom Emmer and Independence Party endorsee Tom Horner.”
Kelliher said of today’s announcement, “I am honored to have this important endorsement from the ECM editorial board, which represents different points of view from rural and suburban communities throughout Minnesota. This endorsement clearly demonstrates that I am the best candidate to connect with voters across Minnesota, to win on August 10th and beat Tom Emmer in November.”
Started in 1976 by Governor Elmer Andersen, ECM operates 15 weekly papers throughout Minnesota reaching more than 140,000 readers every week.
